I gotta say, this item is really awesome. I was worried I might run into some problems, but honestly, I faced zero issues.

I received an email asking for a review the day my order shipped, which felt a bit too soon. The item arrived two days later than what was initially promised. I reckon this delay was likely because of holiday mail and the USPS taking a day off for a Presidential funeral. The cap washers worked just fine. However, I’d recommend not placing the instructions inside the bill of the cage. I missed the part about opening the cap from the back on the first one, so I ended up opening the bill instead. Now, that cage is tougher to open compared to the one I did right. Overall, it’s a solid product, but please hold off on sending review requests until after folks have actually received their items.
